Enrique Bernal-Delgado, from IACS and coordinator QUANTUM project, participate in the workshop “Secondary Use of Health Data”.

Agoria held its third working group on the “Secondary Use of Health Data”, bringing together representatives from the technology and healthcare sectors to discuss the latest developments in the responsible reuse of health data across Europe.

The meeting, kindly hosted by DIGITALEUROPE, featured contributions from Karlien Erauw and [your name], who expressed their appreciation to all participants for their active engagement in the discussion.

Two key presentations were delivered during the session. The first introduced the QUANTUM project, a European initiative aiming to create a quality label for health data to strengthen trust, interoperability, and data reliability in research and innovation.

The second presentation, delivered by DIGITALEUROPE, provided a policy update on the European Health Data Space (EHDS), outlining recent regulatory progress and the opportunities this framework offers for Europe’s digital health ecosystem.

This working group is part of Agoria’s ongoing efforts to foster collaboration among technology, health, and policy stakeholders, and to promote the ethical and effective use of health data for the benefit of patients and society as a whole.
