On this final conference the consortium will present all the results of the project, discuss their implications for the improvement of stroke care and debate possible strategies for the valorisation of its products by the invited policy makers. It will be an open day for health professionals, research centres, technology companies and patient associations.

CONCEPT Project: efficiency and effectiveness of chronic care in the Spanish National Health System, is a project funded by the Health Research Fund, Instituto de Salud Carlos III, and Principal Investigator is Enrique Bernal-Delgado.
The general objective of all CONCEPT projects is the analysis of the efficiency and effectiveness of chronic care in the Spanish National Health System.
This new Atlas of unwarranted variability in the quality of hospital care shows the performance of Spanish hospitals in a number of clinical conditions and surgical treatments. It uses a series of quality indicators adapted to the context of the National Health System.
