IACS brings together the three European pillars of the EOSC to advance towards the future Spanish Open Science Node

The IACS has brought together the three European pillars of the EOSC in Zaragoza to take steps towards the future Spanish Open Science Node.

Representatives from the European Commission, the EOSC Association and the EOSC Steering Board took part in the meeting, held at the CIBA alongside the 22 institutions that make up the EOSC-ES-Prep project, coordinated by the IACS.

The tripartite meeting of EOSC Spain, at which European, national and regional representatives made progress towards establishing the future Spanish node of the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC Association).

The meeting enabled progress to be made on defining use cases, the allocation of roles amongst the participating institutions and the foundations for the future governance of the node.
